Thank you so much Lars, I found a solution to the conky's problem. I have no idea why, but when I change the line "own_window_type" to desktop it removes the transparent window.. just tried all options

Do you have an explanation to it?

Not sure why it works with "desktop" as own_window_type.
Maybe it is another option in combination with it.
